Qurbani Share Rules in Islam
During Eid al-Adha, Muslims perform Qurbani (Udhiyah) to commemorate the sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (AS).
- Small Animals (Sheep or Goats): Count as exactly one share. They can only be offered on behalf of one person.
- Large Animals (Cows, Buffalo, Camels): Can be divided into up to seven equal shares, meaning up to seven people can collectively purchase and offer one large animal.
